Tigran Sargsyan: "My hands and feet are free." (video)

Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan was the guest of "R-Evolution" program on "Armenia" TV. During the program such topics as the new government's program, increase of gas prices, increase of wages were discussed.
"For three years we have negotiated. There was no question of gas in April of this year, but 3 years ago, when we started negotiations with the Russian side. And the meaning of the negotiations is the following: let us come to an agreement, what the price formula for gas should be in our relationship, so that it wull be predictable for us for a long time.
And secondly, let's make it so that the price of gas was as low as possible in Armenia. While these negotiations do not come to an end, let me not to make public statements about them," Tigran Sargsyan said.
"My hands and feet are free. There is another problem- is it possible to take decisions that tomorrow will improve the life of our citizens?" the Prime Minister said.
