Cruise liner fire in Bahamas

On Monday the Royal Caribbean Cruise line reported that a fire on one of its ships had forced an emergency call of port in Freeport, Bahamas causing more than 2,000 guests to be flown home, Dpa reported.
In a statement the tour line reported that at 06:50 GMT a fire broke out on a ship named the Grandeur of the Seas and that it took over two hours to extinguish the flames.
The intense flames partially gutted and blackened several decks of the ship.
None of the 2,224 guests or 796 crew members were injured.
