Baghdad blasts kill 82

The number of victims of the bloody attacks in Baghdad and its suburbs has risen to 82 people with another 130 injured according to the Kuwaiti news agency KUNA, citing sources in the security forces of Iraq.
14 four car bombs and explosive devices ripped through the capital and its surroundings.
The attacks were carried out by militants in predominantly Shiite areas and in busy markets and shopping streets.
In recent weeks Iraq has seen a wave of violence that increasingly threatens to escalate into a bloody inter-religious conflict.
