Dean was arrested for taking bribe in Gyumri.

Police officers from the Organized Crime Department have arrested a dean in the second largest city of Gyumri at the moment when he was taking a bribe from a student.
As photojournalist gagik Shamshyan informed LURER.com, Artashes Mkoyan, a dean at the State Pedagogical University of Gyumri, took 150,000 Drams (about $400) from the student to help him pass the exams and quizzes.
A criminal case has been instituted under Article 311.2 of Armenia’s Criminal Code. An inquest is underway.
