On Friday, U.S. President Barack Obama on the occasion of Republic Day, sent a congratulatory message to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

It is remarkable hat, unlike Aliyev, Sargsyan did not receive such a message, whereas Armenia also celebrated the Republic Day, the newspaper "Zhoghovurd" writes.
