Angela Puhle and her husband Harry Puhle were charged with murdering their daughter in their home in Australia, by not feeding her. Angela, who used to be a school principle, admitted to killing her handicapped daughter Kyla. She weighed just 12 kilograms when she died at only 27 years old.
Both parents were blamed for making a conscious choice to stop caring for her, making her die in March 2011, because of their neglectful behavior. Angela did admit to killing their quadriplegic adult daughter who also lived with cerebral palsy, hypsarrhythmia and scoliosis of the spine.
Though today, in the South Australian Supreme Court, Angela, who is now 56, pleaded guilty to less of a serious offense. Her court date is postponed until July 31.
