CB President Arthur Javadyan predicts inflation

Central Bank Chairman Arthur Javadyan today at the request of Lurer.com presented his forecasts for the possible inflation, given the hail, which caused damage to agriculture.

"We have reviewed the issue of inflation in respect of damage from hail. In our nature, different processes have taken place, which, however, are characterized and occur every year, but this year they were unprecedented, the damage had never had such volumes. We have reviewed some of the issues in relation to the prices. Some price increase is expected. But the year will be favorable and will be peaceful", the chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia said.
