Official cars "rally" in Liberty Square (photos)

Yesterday a group of environmental activists gathered near the building of the Opera house waiting for Prince Charles who attended the concert.
The high-ranking officials, ministers, members of parliament and other guests attended the concert organized in honor of the Prince of Wales.
The territory and ways leading to the opera house were cordoned by police. Activists called to keep the hands off Armenia’s mines.
The activists failed to meet the Prince and to submit their claims. Serzh Sargsyan eneterd the hall from back door.
It should be noted that the Liberty Square was full of guests, cars of embassies that were standing in front of the square. Yerevan's Deputy Police Chief Valerie Osipyan, answering the question of why the cars wer stopped in the square, said that this was a special event, and they could stay ther for nearly 30 minutes.
