And it urns out that no invitation was sent to Armenia’s First President [and opposition Armenian National Congress leader] Levon Ter-Petrosyan. "Haykakan Zhamanak" asks: In that case, why were Robert Kocharyan and Arkadi Ghukasyan in that row?"
