Vilanova: "We'll never find another player like Abidal"
Sport
Tito Vilanova has repeated his desire to remain at the club next season and given assurances that he is well enough to take charge of the team, after Johan Cruyff declared in an interview that the Barça coach “doesn’t have the strength or the experience of Guardiola”.
In the club’s third press conference at the day, Vilanova told reporters: “I have nothing to clarify, I will continue as the coach of Barcelona. I’m grateful that Cruyff is worried about my health, and we all know that he is making those comments from a neutral position and has nothing to gain.”
The coach also spoke about the club’s decision to not give Eric Abidal a new contract, and the prospect of accumulating 100 points this weekend by beating Málaga.
