Liska will be punished

Security service of the Governor of Syunik region of Armenia once again kills a person (as the case is still in the investigation stage, at the moment it is difficult to say for sure whether the Governor fired or not), and this time immediately after the assassination attempt is made to present what happened at the desired light. Who presented the details of the incident to the photojournalist Shamshian- law enforcement or sources, standing close to the Governor, it's hard to tell, but one thing is clear, from the first minute it is attempted to blame everything on the other side.

Deceased- former candidate of Mayor of Goris Avo Budaghyan, one of the injured, his brother Artak Budaghyan-commander of the X military unit in NKR, another injured- Nicholas Abrahamyan- realtive and bodyguard of the Governor of Syunik region Suren Khachatryan. Photojournalist reports that shots were fired from "Beretta" hunting rifle.

Before the shots Avo Budaghyan celebrated something in a famous Sdkh lake in Goris, where incidentally NKR President Bako Sahakyan was also present, then the candidate of Mayor called his brother and for some reason they decided to visit the house of the Governor of Syunik. Without any conversation, they began to shoot, and as aresult Governor's aunt's grandson received a gunshot wound, and the candidate of Mayor and his brother, not owning them, continued to shoot. At this time Governor's realtives were also in the house, but fortunately no one of them had injuries.

Tools, weapons, and several vehicles were found at the scene. Goris residents in conversation with photojournalist told that this was not the first time that the brothers with sweaty heads organized such fights.

Already in the next message Shamshyan reports that Goris residents, who told about the incident, are relatives of the Governor and want to spread misinformation.

How many times over the years, the notorious name of Liska was associated with a particular crime, law enforcement agencies know best, which each time with great zeal place his crimes in the folder "Suren Khachatryan," and then with a greater effort try to clear the name of the Governor of all crimes attributed to him.

After the incident, the Governor of Syunik went out of the house and said he was sleeping and had nothing to do with the incident.

Whether people are met with shots and killed in Governor's house. Are the guards of the Governor's house engaged in amateur performance of security, without reporting to anyone open fire?

Or the Governor of Syunik lost touch with reality that in order to save his own skin might dare to imagine a better commander of the military unit of NKR as uncontrollable drunkard, who for no reason opens fire?

The fact that "age of Liska" in Syunik has come to an end, is clear. The fact that, permissiveness and created atmosphere of fear should be put an end, it is also clear. In the near future Suren Khachatryan must be dismissed. But the fact, that Suren Khachatryan could endure for several days, so as not to let the next crime again... Although if we consider from the standpoint of the laws of chance, all, is probably, should have happened in that way, and such a person with medals could not retire without at least one punishment.
