PACE Monitoring Committee’s co-rapporteur Joseph Debono Grech arrives in Baku.

Co-rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Monitoring Committee Joseph Debono Grech arrived in Baku.

APA reports that other co-rapporteur Pedro Agramunt will also arrive today.

The co-rapporteurs will be on a visit to Azerbaijan until February 2 and meet President of Azerbaijan, Speaker of the Parliament, Justice Minister, Chairman of the Supreme Court, Ombudsperson, members of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE, leaders of the political parties, heads of NGOs and media representatives. They will also visit Guba region to meet local NGO leaders. On February 1, Debono Grech and Pedro Agramunt will hold a press conference on the results of their visit
