Kate Winslet announces third pregnancy

Kate Winslet is going to have a baby with her third husband Ned Rocknroll. A representative for the actress told PEOPLE that "Kate and Ned are delighted" over the news. The baby is due in the end of this year.

The Oscar-winning actress has two children from her previous marriages. She welcomed a daughter Mia with her first husband Jim Threapleton. They separated in 2001. Kate later got married to "Skyfall" director Sam Mendes in 2003 and welcomed a son Joe in the same year. The couple split in 2010.

Kate met Ned during a vacation in Necker island in 2011. The couple started dating in the fall of the same year. In September 2012, they bought a 15th-century house together in West Sussex, England. "Ned is really happy with Kate. He feels he can learn so much from her," a source said of the couple.

Kate and Ned got married secretly later in December. A representative told Us weekly at that time, "I can confirm that Kate Winslet married Ned Rocknroll in NY earlier this month in a private ceremony attended by her two children and a very few friends and family. The couple had been engaged since the summer."

In regards to motherhood, the "Revolutionary Road" star once described herself as maternal. "I'm hoping to have more kids. I don't know whether one or two. Oh. God, I would love to have more," she told InStyle in 2006, aceshowbiz reports.
