"Hraparak": Serzh Sargsyan's cousin has long claimed to the post of Syunik Governor

Post the Governor of Syunik region of Armenia Surik Khachatryan is not vacant, but the names of candidates of Governor are already discussed. Number one candidate is the head of the Office of Information and Public Relations of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, Vardan Avetisyan, who is not a random person.

He is Serzh Sargsyan's cousin, a native of Goris and always aspired for the post. Before that, when rumors were intensified about Liska's resignation, the Ministry of Defence thought that very soon Avetisyan would be appointed Governor of Syunik. These rumors have been so thoroughly that some people thought that the general himself was the source of leakage, the newspaper "Hraparak" writes.
