We are presenting part of an interview with RA chief of police Vova Gasparyan:

Q. - Did you hear the last joke about yourself?

Vova Gasparyan - No, I did not.

Q. - I will tell you. So, Vova Gasparyan after the events in Ararat region [referring the 400 members that left PAP ranks – ‘author’] goes to Kotayk region and says, "And so, dear friends, we just joined Ararat region to Armenia, now it is Kotayk's turn."

Vova Gasparyan - It is normal.

Q. - Maybe it is not a joke?

Vova Gasparyan - I like this joke.

Q. - It is said that in every joke there is piece of truth.

Vova Gasparyan - In this case, maybe something more.

Q. - And when are we going to 'join' Kotayk region to Armenia?

Vova Gasparyan - Already.
