Authorities are partisans

"The incident, which happened the other day in Goris is the result of permissiveness, as our government officials can do what they want." In a conversation with Lurer.com the leader of "New Times" Aram Karapetyan said.
"This is not the first time concerning the officials and oligarchs. Already there is not only power, but also state system. In the house a man was killed. Guilty or not, the government is silent about it, the state apparatus is silent, the man gave himself a vacation and was gone," Karapetyan said.
When asked what he thinks whether the Governor Suren Khachatryan will continue to officiate in Syunik region after vacation, Aram Karapetyan said, "I do not know. In Armenia today everything is possible. Ther is no ligic in Armenia today. The power was totally partisan.
Maybe they started a war, they are partisans, we do not know. I do not know what will happen. Logic dictates that Suren Khachatryan has long had to be dismissed, but experience shows that all our problems are solved by some strange logic, that is, all decisions are devoid of any logic."
