"Zhoghovurd": Davit Harutyunyan offered bribe?

At the CE Parliamentary Assembly’s latest sitting, Göran Lindblad, a former member of the CE Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) and now President of the EU project Platform of European Memory and Conscience, accused David Harutyunyan, Head of the Armenian delegation to PACE, of attempting to bribe him.

Mr Lindblad is known to be actively lobbying for Azerbaijan’s interests.

The newspaper’s sources say that, in Mr Harutyunyan’s presence, Göran Lindblad accused him of trying to bribe him into lobbying for Armenians.

The newspaper turned to Mr Harutyunyan for explanations, but he did not even listen to the question and hung up the phone.
