The roads and mountain passes are mainly passable in Armenia as of February 1, 09:00am, the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.

Selim Mountain Pass is still impassable due to a heavy snowstorm and low visibility, according to the Ministry of Transport and Communication.

Aragats-Aparan and Lanjik-Maralik highways are hard to pass. It is not recommended to travel to Georgia, the Emergency Situations Ministry’s Crisis Management Center advises.

Snow removal is underway all over the country.
