In the aftermath of heavy snow and black ice, Selim Mountain pass, Gyumri-Amasia, Gyumri-Ashotsq, Gyumri-Spitak roads are closed as of 08:30, Feb. 2. Some roads of state and inter-community significances are barely passable in Shirak, Aragatsotn, Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.

Because of an autotrack Noyemberyan-Djudjevan road in Tavush region is also closed. Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that the road is being cleaned.

Ministry of Transport and Communications reported heavy snowstorm has closed Talin-Maralik road. All the necessary measures have been taken to clean the roads. It’s highy recommended to drive with winter tires.
