Vardan Oskanyan protected the laughter being prepared by the authorities - Alexander Arzumanyan.

"After my resignation, I have not met Vardan Oskanyan more than 15 years. While during receptions, we saw each other from afar, and not even come close to each other," during today's interview with the reporters stated Free Democrats party member Alexander Arzumanyan commenting on the spread news in the media about his meetings with the other FM Vardan Oskanyan.

According to Arzumanyan, Civilitas fund invited him as a speaker to take part in the "100 question and answer" project last week.
"Being the president of Civilitas fund, Vardan Oskanyan welcomed and greeted me. Then we passed to the hall. That is all, our meeting was limited with this much," assured Arzumanyan.

Alexander Arzumanyan has not changed his approach towards Vardan Oskanyan, that the latter appears to be one of the key responsible persons of March 1 events.

"It was Vardan Oskanyan who was presented in the presidential residence while the people were fired and spread information not coinciding with the truth, assigning unlawful actions to opposition peaceful protesters, and protected all this laughter process being prepared by the authorities," mentioned Arzumanyan.
