PM Tigran Sargsyan`s and Barsegh Beglaryan`s next business project.

According to LURER.com information, from 2012, Jan. 1 a political decision was made that it should be created a monopoly also in the import sphere of vehicle oil in Armeia, which will also be given to the representative of Karabakh clan - major oligarch Barsegh Beglaryan [‘Barsegh of Flash’]. The first step Beglaryan made in this direction was the investment of US 10 mln in this sphere.

With this sum he imported great amount of oil to the republic before the New Year, paying coins for the customs clearance. From January 1 the prices for customs clearance sharply increased for other importers.

This is due to close relationship with Armenian PM, that “Flash” has such authorization. However, this is not all.
Today, during RA governmental session, PM Tigran Sargsyan announced within the project of overcoming the poverty in Armenia, that the executive had considered measures to drop the prices on diesel fuels.

Tigran Sargsyan said the government subsidies in the agriculture sector will now apply to diesels as well (in addition to seeds and fertilizers).

“Diesel fuels should be offered at reasonable prices to be accessible to everybody,” he said, adding that the low prices on diesels are important for the products’ cost price.

The premier said that the price on diesels will drop to 350 Drams (about $1).

By the cabinet's decision, “Flash” company [belonging to Barsegh Beglaryan] was offered the opportunity to supply diesel fuels to villagers.
