“Haykakan Zhamanak”: Srzh Sargsyan to participate in Yerkrapah Volunteer Union.

According to “Haykakan Zhamanak” daily's information, on Feb. 18 at the coming 19th congress of Yerkrapah Volunteer Union (YVU) president Serzh Sargsyan will also participate. The congress will select a board of 60 people, which in its turn will appoint YVU president.

Of course, General Manvel Grigoryan will again be elected in this position. According to the daily's information, none of parties will be invited to the congress, only intellectuals will be invited. It is possible YVU will make the statement which is being postponed since 2003.
