Russian presidential candidate Vladimir Zhirinovsky is brutally whipping a donkey tied to a carriage in his pre-election commercial.

According to the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia, the donkey embodies Russia and if the Russians elect him [Zhirinovsky], he promised to turn the rough donkey into splendid animal.
