"Aravot": Arthur Baghdasaryan made an agreement with Lukashenko.

According to “Aravot” daily's information, RA National Security Council secretary Arthur Baghdasaryan has recently begun actively organizing meetings with different officials within the frames of not only European but also Russian and CSTO-member countries. According to daily's sources close to Rule of Law party, on the agreement of Baghdasaryan and Belarus president Alexander Lukashenko, soon tractors and combines will be imported to Armenia from Belarus, seeds and fertilizer with more convenient conditions than banks provide. Besides, the sources inform, the Rule of Law party chairman held meeting with the Rusagrobank belonging to the son of Russia's Security Council head Nikolay Patrushev. As a result of this meeting it was decided to establish the representation of the Russian second great bank in Armenia to finance the agro-industrial complex. This step, which can have a certain economic meaning for our country, is considered by some people as RF Security Council secretary's gesture to his Armenian counterpart.
