"Zhoghovurd": Kotayk Governor secures votes for RPA by collaborating with the police.

Governor Kovalenko Shahgaldyan of Armenia’s Kotayk Region is actively collaborating with the police, Zhoghovurd daily writes.

“And even though he attempts to deny that he uses police methods to secure votes for [the ruling coalition’s Republican Party of Armenia] RPA and his loved candidates, Zhoghovurd has formally found out the truth that years ago Shahgaldyan was awarded Armenia’s Police Force’s “Strengthening of Cooperation” Medal. Perhaps this is the reason why all the crimes this regional governor has committed remain unpunished,” Zhoghovurd writes.
