Zhoghovurd daily writes that RPA promised former Head of State Social Security Service Vazgen Khachikyan not to imprison him provided that he spends the misappropriated money on winning over voters to party’s side.

Deputy Speaker of Parliament, RPA spokesperson Eduard Sharmazanov told the daily that he does not have such facts.

“Like all other members of the party, Khachikyan has also been given some instructions but I don’t know what exactly he has been told to do,”  Sharmazanov said.
