Department head takes bribe from the patient in Yerevan.

As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan informed LURER.com, Department head at the Narcological Clinic Mkrtich Khachatryan has taken a bribe for regular treatment, which should be free-of-charge by law.
A citizen filed an appeal to the Central Department of the Fight against Organized Crime of the RA Police according to which department head Mkrtich Khachatryan had demanded an 80,000 dram bribe from his son to send him to regular treatment at the Narcological Clinic of the Psychiatric Medical Center CJSC of the RA Ministry of Health.
As a result of the measures taken, Khachatryan was caught red-handed just as he was about to take the 80,000 dram bribe from the patient in his office, and an investigation is underway.
