"Haykakan Zhamanak": Vazgen Khachikyan has returned.

RA former president of the social security fund Vazgen Khachikyan who after last year`s scandalous dismissals left for Germany, then found shelter in his native Akhtala, at the beginning of this year returned to Yerevan, Haykakan Zhamanak daily writes.

During the last 2-3 weeks he even began to show himself in public places, especially in the cafes of Yerevan`s Abovyan street. This means that Khachikyan`s danger for being sentenced has passed and from the highest ranks of the authority he was given guarantee of not being sentenced. And with the case of the social security fund the investigating works have finished and sent to the court.

Khachikyan`s surrounding people spread news, that he really has no connection with abuses and the subordinates just used his inexperience.
