The RA Court of Appeals yesterday denied Meltex Ltd's appeal filed against the National Commission on Television and Radio (NCTR) and ArmNews CJSC and left the verdict that the court of general jurisdiction announced in 2010 in effect.

On 3 October 2010, the RA Administrative Court also denied Meltex Ltd's appeal protesting the NCTR's Decision N 96-A taken on December 16, 2010. According to that decision, "A1+" TV was deprived of the right to airtime.
