"Zhoghovurd": New text for coalition memorandum has been prepared.

Armenia`s ruling coalition has prepared a new text for memorandum. According to Zhoghovurd daily`s well-informed sources, now it is being discussed the advisability of its signing. To note, the coalition forces have agreed to sign the document yet during the coalition session on Jan. 30. But the remarkable is that after the last memorandum has not yet passed a year: on Feb. 17 will only be marked the 1st anniversary of the resigned memorandum. But this week especially RPA-PAP relations got new 'qualities' and in future president Serzh Sargsyan will sum a new big coalition session again.
