According to Hraparak daily`s information before the Armenian parliamentary elections start, the changes in government have already been planned in presidential. According to this, the authorities plan to make the current minister of defense Seyran Ohanyan as deputy prime minister with serious privileges, chief of police Vova Gasparyan will become defense minister, while minister of emergency situations Armen Yeritsyan will be RA chief of police.
