The newspaper’s sources close to the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) say that Armenia’s former FM, Head of the Civilitas Foundation Vartan Oskanian will be among the first five candidates in the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) ticket.

According to the sources, he is even ready to resign as head of the Civilitas Foundation. Despite serious financial problems, the foundation is most unlikely to be dissolved. It is not excluded that Mr Oskanian may announce his de jure resignation even today.
