"Hraprak": Vova Gasparyan`s and Aghvan Hovsepyan`s relations have become tense.

The newspaper’s sources say that release of Hayk Gevorgyan, a journalist for the Haykakan Zhamanak (Armenian Times) newspaper, caused a sharp disagreement between Chief of Armenia’s police Vladimir Gasparyan and Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan.

Mr Gasparyan has a grudge against Mr Hovsepyan for “hatching a plot,” which damaged his reputation in the eyes of both the president and society.

Mr Gasparyan’s subordinates arrested the journalist, but Mr Hovsepyan had him released.
