The opposition bloc Armenian National Congress member Social-Democratic Hunchakyan Party, whose chairperson is Lyudmila Sargsyan, has received a text from the Justice Ministry, according to which the Party has a new chairperson, Haykakan Zhamanak daily writes.

“The Justice Ministry has granted such title to Gevorg Perkuperkyan. [And] This is similar to a situation when the government appoints anyone as the chairperson of any [political] party,” Haykakan Zhamanak writes.
