"Zhoghovurd": Aram Manukyan was invited to Special Investigative Service.

The paper says it has learned from sources that the leader of the opposition Armenian Pan-National Movement, Aram Manukyan, was invited to the Special Investigative Service on Friday over claims of electoral wrongdoings during the Hrazdan municipal polls. Manukyan, who was a proxy for the opposition candidate, Sasun Mikaelyan, in one of the polling stations, had seen the incumbent mayor’s supporters giving electoral bribe to voters. He immediately contacted the police which immediately took action in no time. The Special Investigative Service later launched a criminal case based on Manukyan’s report.
