"Haykakan Zhamanak": It is time to add a new article named "Party" in the RA Criminal Code.

Social-Democratic Hunchakyan party`s chairwoman Lyudmila Sargsyan yesterdey presented a report over crime to Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan asking to launch a criminal case over falsifying documents.

According to Sargsyan, such kind of qualification should receive the event referring to their party recently, when G. Perkuperkyan who left the SDHP, presented himself as party`s chairman. By the way last events taking place in Armenia show that it is the time to   add an article with the name "Party" in the Armenian Criminal Code, writes Haykakan Zhamanak daily.
