"Aravot": Gyumri mayor will solve the issues of Rio Carnival then will clean the streets` ice.

Aravot inquired from head of Gyumri Mayor’s Office Administration Boris Alexanov who had funded the trip of Gyumri Mayor’s delegation to Brazil.

“I cannot say, I have no information about this,” Alexanov said.

He noted that Vardan Ghukasyan had left for Brazil not for the Carnival but at the invitation of the Mayor of Gyumri’s sister city Ozasko.

Nevertheless, the Armenian delegation will have time to participate in Brazil Carnival. The newspaper quotes Facebook discussions on this topic, with users wondering whether the delegation has learnt how to dance Samba or they will disgrace themselves at the Carnival.
