Ukraine asks Budapest memorandum members to guarantee security, territorial integrity

Ukraine's parliament has called on members of the Budapest memorandum to guarantee security and territorial integrity of the country.
A total of 230 deputies have voted for the decision.
The Budapest memorandum is an international treaty on Ukraine's nuclear-free status. The document was signed by Ukraine, the USA, Russia and Britain on December 5, 1994.
