"Yerkir": Hayk Gevorgyan to apply the Court of Appeal.

Two days ago managing editor of Haykakan Zhamanak daily Hayk Gevorgyan received the decision according to which he was arrested and transferred to Nubarashen penitentiary institution on February 3.

Gevorgyan told Yerkir daily that he is going to appeal the decision at the Court of Appeal by the end of the week, he is also going to file legal proceedings at Prosecutor’s Office against the investigator and all those who were involved in his arrest.

“My arrest was illegal, I was neither wanted nor on the run,” said Hayk Gevorgyan.
