Russian presidential assistant Vladislav Surkov calls his inclusion in the US sanction list is equal to the award.
"Sanctions do not bother me at all," he said in an interview with Itar-Tass. "On the contrary, I'm proud of it," he added.
"I think it’s kind of a political Oscar of America in the category Best Actor”, said Surkov.
