Syria’s chemical weapons potential has practically been reduced to zero, says the Russian’s Foreign Ministry’s information and press department.
“At the moment chemical weapons production capacities and mixing facilities as well as all means of delivery have been destroyed,” the source said.
“Damascus’s only ready-to-use chemical warfare agent, yperite, has been taken out of that country," he added.
