The delegation of the Armenian Ministry of Transport and Communication headed by Minister Manuk Vardanyan will participate in the international conference-exhibition of mobile technologies Mobile World Congress GSMA 2012 in Barcelona from Feb. 27 to 29.

The main possibilities for further development of mobile communication, including installation of new business models, and existing challenges will be discussed during the event.

The Ministers and regulators will meet on sidelines of the conference to discuss opportunities and challenges of some national markets. Special attention will be paid to policy on mobile broadband access.
