RA Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of Feb. 25, 16:30, Armenia’s interstate highways, local roads, and mountain passes are drivable for the most part. But there is black ice on some road sections. Selim mountain pass is open. 

Snow removal and road cleaning are in progress.
