Ukrainian officials have been invited to attend a conference of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers in Moscow April 4, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin said Friday.
“As far as I know, Ukrainian representatives have been invited to it,” he said.
