Robert Guediguian's new movie on Armenian Genocide to be shot in Yerevan as well

Shooting of the new movie by French-Armenian filmmaker Robert Guediguian dedicated to the Armenian Genocide of 1915 will be launched in July of the current year in Marseille, France. It is considered that the filmmaker will pay a visit to Armenia in coming days. In a conversation with “Armenpress” from Paris, French-Armenian filmmaker and actor Serge Avedikian, who also stars in the movie, stated that the goal of Robert Guediguian’s upcoming visit is shooting of the film.
Among other things, Serge Avedikian underscored: “Robert will visit Yerevan in coming days for the preparatory activities. The filming in Yerevan will be held on April 24 and 25, as Guediguian wants to introduce April 24 (Armenian Genocide remembrance day) as the final scene of the film.”
