"Aravot": Karapet Rubinyan won`t be nominated whit majority electoral system.

Aravot daily`s correspondent had a talk with the RA NA former Deputy Speaker Karapet Rubinyan. To the questing whether Rubinyan will try to be nominated with majority, the latter said, "No, I will not try as there is no political struggle. If there would be political struggle, maybe I would think over being nominated with majority system. But even in this case I could not be nominated as  of such financial barrier which I can`t overcome now."
