"Haykakan Zhamanak": RPA and PAP have come to an agreement over Armavir region`s N.21 precinct.

Haykakan Zhamanak daily`s sources claim that RPA and PAP have come to an agreement over Armenia`s Armavir region`s N.21 precinct. It was decided that neither Republican Nahapet Gevorgyan nor PAP member Rustam Gasparyan will be nominated in this precinct.

The daily recalls that according to their information, president Serzh Sargsyan demanded that Rustam Gasparyan won`t be nominated in N.21 precinct. Current PM Gasparyan [elected from another district], a week ago told the daily`s correspondent the he won`t be nominated in the mentioned electoral district only in one case - if Nahapet Gevorgyan [Novo] won`t be nominated as well. Yesterday Nahapet Gevorgyan announced that he had nothing to talk with us and put down the phone. We could not talk to Gasparyan as well. According to the daily, president Serzh Sargsyan also demanded PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan not to include Gasparyan in the transitory places of PAP proportional list.
