Zhoghovurd daily writes that representative of ARF, MP, ex-Deputy Defense Minister Arthur Aghabekyan has decided not to run for parliament.

“I have now to talk to people without a mandate and expectation. Having no personal interests, I have to explain to people that they should give ARF more votes,” said the MP.
