Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov arrived in the Swiss city of Geneva to participate in a four-party meeting on Ukraine on Thursday.
Consultations at the level of the top diplomats of Russia, the United States, the European Union and interim Ukrainian foreign minister are expected to kick off at around 11 a.m. Geneva time (9:00 GMT), will last about two hours and will continue at a working lunch then.
