"We can have different points of view, we can dislike each other, we can be opposition, but there is a one thing which belongs to everyone - to form an authority in fair way," NA ARF-D party chairman Vahan Hovhannisyan announced during today`s protest in front of Armenian Parliament building, who was very pleased to see both oppositional and coalition forces joining their initiative to make the transition to the 100 percent proportional electoral order.

In his speech the ARF MP also mentioned that the authority, keeping the majority electoral system or trying to do it, keeps the right of 'forming a parliament with its wish and its taste.'
